    Default Totaled Two Cars with No Insurance

    Need help, I just totaled my car and a new honda when I accidentally ran a red light. My insurance has lapsed and I'm very upset...maybe scared...I was issued a ticket for no insurance, running a red light, and expired tags...and I have to appear in court April 4th. What should I do?! I'm a college student living on my own, making 25 grand a year as a waiter, I don't have money to pay. I live in Texas, is there something I can do? Or do I have to wait until their is a claim made against me from the other driver's insurance? This is horrible...

    Default Uninsured Driver in Accident

    As you appear to be facing criminal misdemeanor charges, you should consider hiring a lawyer or requesting a court-appointed lawyer.
