My question involves a child custody case from the State of: pa
the parents live 3 hours away from each other? My son's girlfriend had a baby 2 years ago. The baby's father denied it being his child until DNA proved that it was. So, 3 months ago they went to court and he wanted to see the child every Sunday night. Court agreed that he could and that since he was bad off financially, she had to drive the child half way to meet him to give him the child. It was put in as a temporary order, and they are going back to court next week. She told the baby's father that she can no longer drive her half way every week because she works and goes to school. It's not her fault that he lives 3 hours away. Is it his responsibility to supply transportation to pick up the child? The mother has never moved. She has lived at the same place for the past 4 years.
