    Post Juvenile Theft Charge

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas (Tarrant County)

I am a 17 year male who was caught stealing from a Sears store in Tarrant County totaling $160. The reason why may not matter but I committed this crime because of my family struggling.YES IT IS DUMB THERE ARE OTHER WAYS OF HANDLING THINGS IN THIS SITUATION BUT MY MIND WAS CLOUDED WITH PAIN AND ALL THAT GOOD STUFF. I know it was wrong and i will NEVER happen again and my reasoning makes it no better I'm clear on that. This is my first offense and I don't want to mess up my future because of the idiotic mistake i made. I wasn't thinking clearly and there are other ways of handling situations like this, I just chose the wrong way off impulse. I was not thinking of the potential pain I could cause my mother and how this could jeopardize my future goals. If there is anyway anyone could help me please let me know. I would like this to be off my record or taken down to the lowest possible degree.

I repeat yes this was VERY dumb but it will never happen again.
