    Default Record Label Owns Copyright, I Own the Publishing

    My record label owns the master recordings and the performances therein in perpetuity. However, our contract has ended 5 years ago and I own all the publishing. Am I able to put my music on itunes, Amazon, etc.?

    no, the same recordings the label owns the copyright to.
