My question involves criminal law for the state of: Pennsylvania
My spouse and I are living separatedly, but we haven't done any legal paper works yet. We all are living in Maryland state now and we own a house in Pennsylvania state. We bought the house when we get married. Our both names are on the property. We moved to Maryland for jobs. He rented out the house without asking me and forged my signature on the lease. My question is what charges will he get if forged my signature?
