My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Ohio

Due to some personal issues (my wife and I divorced, and she moved into the condo next door), I'm looking at getting out of my lease. The landlord basically said no-way, no-how unless I can find someone to take my place and lose my deposit. So, here's my question: My lease was supposed to be from March of 2008 until April of 2009. However, I just noticed a misprint on the lease:

"To have and hold unto the LESSEES, for the term commencing on the 26th day of March 2008 and ending on the last day of April 2008."

They mistyped the ending date, stating 2008 instead of 2009. I would think (my non-professional opinion) that would definitely be to my advantage, and I could probably get out of the lease (There is no statement of terms other than that. ie. no "12 month" statement).

However, there's also this paragraph:

"The LESSEE hereby agree to pay the LESSOR, as rent for said premises, a rate of THIRTEEN HUNDRED per month. The prorated rate from March 26, 2008 through April 1, 2008 Two hundred figty one and 61 dollars ($252.61) for a total sum of Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred fifty one and 61/100 dollars.

Can I get out of the lease? Would that require me to pay the remainder of the 15 grand? Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.
