Question How to Protect an Event from Unauthorized Media Sales

I am a photographer that works with a non-profit group that organizes and produces motorsports events in Tennessee. I know that my work is protected by copyright but how does the organization protect itself from unauthorized sales of photos and videos?

Any help or information is greatly appreciated!

    Thank you.

You police their use, and pursue your legal remedies when you find incidents of infringement. If this is a big concern, whenever possible register your copyrights so you are better positioned to recover damages and attorney fees from infringers.
