I received a notice of arrest referral a while ago requiring us to appear at Juvenile Probation Center. It says it is to determine if the matter should be referred to Juvenile Court. It's been months and I thought this had gone away. Does anyone have any advice?

Yes ... appear at the date and time indicated. You can obtain legal counsel if you wish. In general, they are going to try and come to some sort of accommodation to avoid sending it to court, but if you fail to appear you can pretty much guarantee it going to the court.
