My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: WA

I was recently terminated from my job of 8 years after illegal activity (for which I have learned from). My boss said that my vacation pay will be paying for the restitution. Can he legally hold my vacation pay to pay this? Also I have called my ex-employers office and asked if it had been paid and they said it has not. How do I go about getting it back? Thanks for any help.
