    Default Filing Amended Forms

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Tennessee

What is the proper procedure for amending a bankruptcy document to add an exemption? Thank you.

You need to contact your bk attorney or the trustee & let then know of the additional exemption.

Thank you for your reply. I think I should have given a bit more detail than I did. I have filed without an attorney. What I am wondering is.........is it as simple as handwriting the corrections on the appropriate existing copies, handwriting "Amended" at the top, then making copies and filing them? In the bankruptcy documents on the uscourts website I could not find any documents that specifically say it is for amending, i.e., "Amended Schedule C." So it left me wondering just what is the proper procedure?

I would talk to the court clerk - they will/can help you.
