Default Biological Grandparents' Right After Adoption

My question involves grandparents rights in the State of: Arkansas

My husband adopted my children 4 years ago and I have tried to keep their biological grandmother in their life, but she keeps messing with my kids' minds, and so I cut her out in the best interest of the children and she says she is going to take me to court now, but I don't see how that could benefit her. Does she have any grandparents rights?

Default Re: Will She Get Visitation

Does she have any grandparents rights?
No automatic ones, no. She would have to prove that it's in the best interests of the children for her to have visitation.

Aaron discusses the relevant statute here.
