My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Minnesota. I am wondering what the possible minnesota penalties are for a Driving after Suspension citation? It is my third one, my first was in minnesota, second was in illinois under my MN drivers license, and i just recently got my third after coming home from college to visit my family.
The officer wrote the wrong birthdate on my ticket, he wrote febuary 16th, 1988. And i was born december 16th, 1988. can this be used to my advantage at all?
I also have court the day after court for this ticket for gettting my license back if that makes any difference to the court.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. thanks
