    Default Non-Reporting Probation in Georgia

My question involves criminal law for the state of: ga
I am on non reporting probation currently for criminal damage to property in Ga. I am currently over 1/2 through my sentence of 5 years straight probation I recently received a letter from my PO telling me to report in January which is over 3 weeks away. Any one know what this could be about? I haven't violated any laws and have completed all the other conditions. Could they be letting me off of probation early?

You haven't been in any other trouble? Are all of your fines and assessments now paid off?

We really can't guess what's up. It could be that he just wants a "reality check" on your life, and to make sure you're in full compliance with the terms of your probation.
