Question Married, Signed the Birth Certificate

My question involves paternity law for the State of: Oklahoma

My sons father and i got married on June 9, 2008...We had our son on September 17, 2008, and my husband signed the birth certificate. I also named my son after him. A week after I had my son, My husband moved to Memphis for 3 months to look for a job. When he came back, I found out-through unfortunate circumstances- that he had cheated on me. I made him move back to Memphis the next day, and now he's claiming my son isn't his. Can i get a divorce even though he's in another state? How can he get a paternity test from another state? Can i get my son's whole name changed?

You need to file so jurisdiction stays there. He can seek paternity test if he desires
