How Can I Get Emancipated

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: kansas
ok so i need help recently my parrents have had problems and are now getting a divorce well one of the reasons is she had a bf that was an issue well now he is moving in and they are getting married in january this guy is very rude to me and abusive my parents arent even divorced yet but she wont take me into concideration. we cant afford to buy food for us but she can go to kc every weekend and leave me alone with nothing. luckly my bf has been there for me his parents are very upset that my mother is doing this she can go out and buy fish for her bf because he breeds them but we cant eat 4 out of 7 days. does this give me probable cause of getting emancipated. i have a place to go its my boyfriends familys house. but would i be able to go through with this i just dont know

There is not a judge in the US that will emancipate you to go live at your boyfriend's house. Nor have you provided any information on how you will support yourself.

Emancipation is not going to live with someone else. Emancipation is paying all your own rent, food, clothing, utilities, transportation, medical care, insurance, school fees and supplies, and all the other incidentals of life.

If you are being neglected, call CPS. But you won't be emancipated based on what you have posted here, and you won't be going to live with your boyfriend either.
