how about if someone is arrested for violation of probation and they dont tell you anything no waarrant or anything the parole officer just has you arrested and wasnt even aware that you or so she says that you was going to court just a few weeks later on a habitual offender charge for just driving but there are reasons behind the arrest to begin with ... what is the matter with our courts these days that they only wanna put everyone in jail for no apparent reason.. what is he facing for habitual offender for driving on revoked license in tennessee?
I guess my request for proper sentence structure was ignored.

Why wasn't the offender notified?

Putting probation violators in jail IS the purpose of the courts.

The last part confuses me.

Here...

In detail and in clear sentences, what was the original charge, what was the original probation, what are the new charges and how long ago did they happen?
