    Question Disorderly Conduct

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas

I had a bit of road rage after being repeatedly baited and brake checked and got out and asked the other driver if she was trying to get me in a wreck. I used quite a bit of profanity, and called her a nasty name. She called the police, and they issued me a ticket for disorderly conduct/language.

I don't even have a speeding ticket, or any record at all. I can't have a record for my employment, so I'm a bit freaked out. I know that this is a class c misdemeanor, but that's to much to stay employed where I'm at.

So, my question is what are the odds of getting this dismissed? Any advice or ideas on my options? I assume that not being arrested is a good thing, because that would have meant that I would have committed a more serious offense right?

Idk if it would help,if your convicted of a class c misdemeanor w. deferred adjuaction .I forgot the exact word you would be able to get the charge expunged from your record . Call a lawyer see if they can get the charge dismissed or maybe lowered down to a non criminal violation.
