Default Expunging an Arrest and a Municipal Ordinance Violation

My question involves expungements or pardons for the state of: NJ

To expunge both an arrest and local ordinance violation, is that two expungements? Will the lawyer charge me separately for each expungement? Or is it considered one expungement since the arrest is related to the downgraded charge?

Is a municipal ordinance violation a misdemeanor in NJ?

To find out what a lawyer will charge, ask the lawyer you wish to hire.

If you are describing a single incident, where you were arrested for a local ordinance violation, that's a single incident.

If you were arrested and charged for two separate incidents, that would be two incidents.
