Smile Getting Married with an US Citizen - No Visa

    Hi there!
Im a Spanish girl who is going to go to the States to get married to her U.S. boyfriend, weve been seeing each other over a year and have decided to get married; im traveling under the Visa Waiver Program so i dont need a visa. So what will i need to do after we are married to get to be able to live and work in the U.S.? Is there any problem if i go back to Spain after we get married?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Here is a link to the USCIS web site where you can get more info on the process.

After you marry, you should wait until you have your LPR before you travel outside the US, or get what is called "Advance Parole" which is pre approved permission to re-enter the US while your case is pending.
