Default Neighbors Walk Dog, Don't Police Droppings

My question involves personal property located in the State of: California

Have a small building with a small patch of grass out front. Recently, their has been a surge in the amount of dog droppings there. Big ones, little ones, the gardner called me and asked what the heck was going on here!

I set up a camera, captured 4 people who don't police the droppings, what are my recourses? I don't want to get nasty about it, but how does one make people police their dog droppings?

If it's an ordinance violation, report them to whomever is responsible for the enforcement of the ordinance.

    Hi,

Thanks for the response. Can't find any city or county ordinances that talk about dog droppings. I've emailed the dept of animal services and they have not answered me yet.
