Default Enforcing a Small Claims Judgment When the Defendant Has Moved

My question involves small claims court in the state of: Michigan
I sued a person/company and won. When I subpoenaed him to prove his assets, I found out he moved from Michigan to Washington DC. Can I still subpoena him? Can I still persue him?

He moved after you served him in relation to the small claims case?

I had already won the judgment and he apparently moved in between the judgment and the subpoena to prove his assets.

Then the judgment is valid, but you have to deal with interstate enforcement issues, possibly having to register the judgment in a different state for enforcement.
