Emancipation In Texas, Age 17

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Texas.
Hi, I am 16 years of age; I will be turning 17 on Jan. 6th.
My dad has stated that he would sign off on Emancipation, which in Texas I know is Removal of Disabilities of a Minor or something? But it is close to the same thing.
I currently do have a job, and savings. As well as a plan for graduating this summer a year early. I would like to know where I can get the forums for the petition, as well as would I better off getting a Lawyer. I do have two run away cases, because of not wanting to live at home. But my life has been together and I am working full time and paying for all my own things.
Also another question is can you move out of state when you become emancipated?

You can get the forms for Removal of the Disabilities of a Minor from the county Clerk of Courts. It's helpful that your father is willing to sign off on it, but an attorney to help you out certainly wouldn't hurt.

Also another question is can you move out of state when you become emancipated?

Yes. Once you've been legally emancipated, you're free to go where you please.
