My question involves criminal law for the state of: PA/UT

I was convicted of a DUI in Utah and some other charges were dropped about a year ago.

Growing up in PA I had several underage drinking charges and license suspensions. My penalties for the DUI were not multiplied due to these infractions, and my attorney in Utah mentioned something about me having no prior record.

Would this mean the courts in Utah did a search and didn't come up with anything on my record? I am wondering, because I am now applying to law school and hoping that none of these trivial underage matters show up.

Does anyone know a thorough background check I can do on myself?
