Default Incorrect Information on a Drunk Driving Ticket

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Colorado

I got a ticket for running a stop sign, apparently I failed the roadside tests, they put me into booking and did a breathalizer, results were .07
After getting home I looked and the ticket and the court date was set for
01/07/2008 obviously that date has passed several months ago, Do I have recourse to get the ticket thrown because of it?

It's highly unlikely that you're going to get a DUI thrown out on a handwriting error, especially one that is obscenely common at this time of year.

Agree, an inadvertent error is not likely to get your ticket thrown out. It's only logical that he meant 2009.
