Default Ability to Make a Living

My question involves independent contractors in the state of: Oregon

I work as an IC with other IC's in a spa facility. We share the same scheduling tool but have our own clientele.

Is it legal for IC's to remove clients from another IC's schedule and put them on their own schedule without permission from the original IC?

What can be done about this?

I guess I didn't give enough detail in my first post since I haven't gotten any responses. Here is a little more detail.

We rent the space we work out of, we use our own equipment, and we charge our own prices. The client pays us, not the spa. So the clients are our business and how we make a living.

We all share the same scheduling tool because we work together when a group wants to come in and one practitioner cannot do all the services.

So, my question... is it considered infringing on my ability to make a living when another independent contractor takes an appointment off my schedule and puts it on theirs?

Do I have any legal rights?

Since what can and cannot be done depends on the contracts, and we have not read the contracts, we have no idea.

If you are asking whether or not a law exists which specifically prohibits this practice, no, there is not.
