    Default Forms for Alienation of Affection

    My question involves alienation of affection law for the State of: north carolina ok i am going thru this really nasty divorce and my wife has run off with her boyfriend from walmart where they met and worked together she was pregnate at the time this all began so he knew she was married as well as every one at her job cauyse she always introduced me and stuff but my question is how do i file what papers do i file for alienation of affection or do i file for criminal conversation and how do i file and what papers do i need to file i cant not afford an attorny i just came off of unemployment so funds are tight i have to file for custody of my children on my own as well and she has run off i belive she is out of the state but i still think she might still be here in north carolina but any ways i just need to knpow what papers i need to file thanks

    You'd want to get the forms called Complaint for Alienation of Affection from your county Clerk of Courts. You can find sample documents here and here.
