    Question Possession and Paraphernalia

My question involves criminal law for the state of:Minnesota

Okay, so here I am, second to last day of summer. I was, and still am 16. I was driving with a friend, and we were smoking a bowl, as well. Multitasking. And I guess I had a burnt out headlight, so we were pulled over, and the cop smelt the weed, and we were asked to step out of the car, and he searched it, and found less than 2 grams of really good bud, a bowl, and, in the trunk he found four still closed beers, and a large bag of shitty ditch weed. He asked what the big bag was because it didn't smell/look/feel like pot, so I said we were playing a prank on a friend, and it was just spice, and he dumped it out on the ground. I was charged with Possession of a Small Amount and Paraphinalia. I have a previously clean record. I was given a court date for the 23rd of October, and when I showed up, they said the lady at the front desk said the ticket was written up incorrectly, and needs to be expunged and re-written, because it was saying that I should be charged as an adult. It was expunged, and I got a letter today saying that I have a new court date on Jan. 22, and I am wondering what the outcome will be. I will be charged in the Anoka County Courthouse.

Sorry, the crystal ball is out for service.

    We cannot predict the outcome.

I will say you need an attorney... and need to stay off the road when "smoking a little".

You are way too young to be making decisions that will completely screw up your whole life... like getting busted with drugs and being tried as an adult.

Okay sorry. I was wondering what a couple LIKELY OUTCOMES are. Also, this charge is a petty misdemeanor, so with maximum penalties as a minor, it will not be present on my record after age 18, so "completely screw up your whole life" is somewhat of an exaggeration. Also, in rereading my post, I've realized I wasn't clear on this, it was expunged because the officer wrote the ticket wrong, which led the courthouse wanting me tried in adult court. It was resubmitted with the correct information, and I am being tried as a juvenile.
