    Default When Can I Leave Home

    i live in texas, i live with my mom and my condescending sisters. im 16 i turn 17 in 8 months. when will i be legally able to move out of this house without being charged as a runaway

    You would be charged as a runaway only if someone REPORTS you as a runaway.

    Do you have a place to go to? Can you support yourself? Will you still have an education? Can you talk to your mother and let her know of your plans. Maybe she could work with you so that you don't run away. I mean find someone for you to live with. Someone that she trusts would keep you safe and keep you fed and a roof over your head and clothes on your back.
