    Default BPO labour law

    Is there any law for the BPO sectors, like what we have for other government organization? Does the labour law act include BPO's, if so why there is no restriction in the working hours ? Will the Indian goverment bring new laws for this BPO sector? please explain on it.

    You will probably have more luck if you ask your questions in a forum dealing with the laws of India.
