    Default Statutes of Limitation

I'd appreciate information or answers to the statutes of limitation as pertains to Berks County Pennsylvania laws S 18 S3925 SSA RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY, S 18 S3929 SSA1 RETAIL THEFT, and S 18 S903 SSC CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY. Currently, the person to whom these apply is merely charged and has to appear at a Preliminary Arraignment, has been told because they are all first offenses that this person would probably receive ARD, which in Pennsylvania means, since there's no record or history of criminal behavior, they'd receive probation and as long as they do well, when probation ends, their record is cleared. Nonetheless, as pertains to the above three cases, what are the statutes of limitations?

    Default Pennsylvania Criminal Law

You can review the relevant PA criminal statutes, although possibly not in their most current form, here. The PA criminal statute of limitations for the offenses appears to be two years.

Default statute of limitation in a criminal case

I have a question. I just found out that i have a warrant in Pa. it is from 2002 for passing 2 bad checks totaling $1600.00. my wife took the money out of the account and i couldnt cover them. now they are at the magistrates office. i called there and found out because i was told they came to my old home to look for me. it has been 3 years and 2 months since the date the charges were filed against me. i wanted to know are the warrants still legal? is there a statute of limitations for felony utterance? if so can you tell me what it is? my life has cvome together and i would rather take the chance and walk off the time free rather than go to jail. i am going to send the money i owe to the company i owe and after that do you still think they would come after me? please help with information.
