    Unhappy Been Here for 20 Years and Have Applied for Green Card Through Family

    So i was brought here (california) when i was 3 months old in feb of 1989. i have never left this country, graduated from hs, and my aunt petitioned for us (my mom, myself and my sister) about 8-10 years ago. Does anybody have any idea how much longer i have to wait and also am i still eligeble until i'm 21 or does the age not affect it? at the moment i do not know under which form this was filed under.

    Within the fourth family preference, ten years is about as fast as things move; most people have to wait additional years.
