My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: IL
I work in a job where I submit a monthly mileage log and get reimbursed for my drive time.
If I was on a scheduled,paid vacation when the mileage logs were due can the company tell me they were late and I cannot be reimbursed? also: in general if a mileage log is turned in late ..can they refuse to pay mileage ?
