Default Negligent Driving 2nd Degree for Speeding

so i was heading south on I5 almost to the highway 101 exit, i was going with the rate of traffic 60-70. Maybe speeding up to get around a car but nothing over 75. I take the 101 exit and come around the corner to see an officer sitting on the side of the road. I check my speed and my radar detector (radar detector doesn't go off), and i think i have nothing to worry about. But this trooper pulls out behind me and makes her way through traffic and proceeds to pull me over, im thinking-taillights or some other thing stupid. When she comes up she says she has a report of me speeding and passing cars at a high rate of speed by another trooper. I tell her i wasn't going that fast and it couldnt have been me. But she still asks for liscense and registration and insurance. I give her all the information and she goes back to her car. After about 10min i know something is going on and shortly after another trooper pulls up. It turns out that this is the trooper that i supposedly passed who was going the opposite direction on I5. before he comes to talk to me i can hear the female officer say (when he passed me he wasnt doing anything wrong). He comes up and asks were i was going so fast and i tell him I wasnt going that fast and it couldnt have been me. He says that from were he saw me it should take 6min to get were i am, but he says i made it well under 6min, and he asks were i'm from and were i am going (i also live 3hrs away from were i was pulled over). Well the female officer leaves and the second officer is still in his car. Finally he comes to my window and hands me a neg 2nd ticket for $550. And instead of explaining the boxes at the bottom of the ticket, he says "just mail your check to the address at the bottom".

The part about this that really angry's me is that neither officer used any kind of equipment to check my speed and the officer that accused me of comiting these crimes was heading 60mph in the other direction and had a cement barrier between us and atleast 4 lanes of traffic. He also never said how fast i was going, not even an estimate.

also the ticket was wrote for i5 when i was pulled over on 101. and the officer had lost sight of me for atleast 5 min.

This was also in thanks giving day traffic and there is no way i could do the speeds that he was saying.

This is in Washington State near olympia. I have planned on contesting this ticket and already have the name and badge # of the officer who pulled me over, and was going to request both officers to be there.

    any advice

Apparently the officer's concern is less your speed, and more a matter of how you were going about passing other vehicles. Were you weaving around other cars?

nope, i know that is a big no no on I5. I think i changed lanes a total of 5 times in 40min of driving. I dont know how he could make anykind of judgement of my lane changing going the other direction at 60 with me coming at him at 60+
