Default Finding Court Decisions and Case Files

Hi guys, I didn't know what forum to make this thread in so I decided to just throw it into banter.

I have a question for you guys. Do any of you know a search engine I can use to find case files with. I'm writing a 1,500 word essay for my legal science lecture on fundamental/individual rights and I need a couple of court decisions based on these rights to add to my essay.

    Thanks!

There can be no better example of fundamental rights then those embodied in the Bill of Rights. That's me, BOR *Bill of Rights*:

Click on "annotations" at the top left, when you click on an article or amendment there will be case law discussions and the annotations (citations, such as, 392 US 1) are foot noted.

392 US 1 is the citation for Terry v. Ohio, I know that one by heart. Volume 392 of the US reporter series, page 1.

You mean case law? You can search the past ten years of published case law for free, nationally, through lexisone.com. They also sell subscriptions to a much more comprehensive database. Some states have comprehensive case law archives, and most have partial case law archives, that you can usually find through their state appellate or supreme court websites.
