Default How to Evict Roommate (on Lease)

My current roommate is on the lease with me, but concurrent with an agreement with our landlord we each pay our share of rent separately so that it can be monitored who pays on time and who is late. We have been here 2 months and out of those 2 months we have faced eviction twice as my roommate has been between 7 and 14 days late. 5 day pay or quit notices have been issued each time and roommate is also deliquent on cable, heat, and electric bills as well. I'm trying to figure out what legal actions I can persue and how I can get said roommate evicted because I can no longer tolerate or continue to live in such a manner.

Default Getting Rid of Deadbeat Roommate

Unfortunately it's difficult for a tenant to extricate herself from the problems caused by a roommate who turns out to have been poorly chosen. There is no way she would move out on her own, and let you find a more suitable roommate?
