Default Getting Married Before Oath Ceremony

I just got married to a non-us citizen. I am scheduled to take Oath Ceremony in a few weeks. What do I need to do? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    P.S. She lives aboard.

I suggest going ahead with the oath ceremony and becoming a citizen. As you're the groom, I'm assuming that name change isn't an issue.

Once you're a citizen, if she wishes to come to the U.S., you can petition for a spouse visa. If not, as a citizen your absence from the country will not affect your status, so you're free to go to her country and live with her with no fear of losing your citizenship.

Thank you for your reply. The questions that I have are how complex the process will become? how soon would that take for her to come to the US? Should I prepare any forms?

    Thanks again
