    Default Emancipation in Maryland

My girlfriend has a very verbally abusive family life. Her mother brings guys in and out of her house every day drug or what ever there doing some times threatening her safety. Im 17, 18 in a January and she's 16. Her mother threatens to throw her out (mind you no joke she doesnt do anything wrong) every time stuff doesn't go the mothers way. Her father doesn't want full custody of her. My father told her and I that he'd take her in. I need to know the stuff that has to happen to get her out of that house before she gets hurt by someone beyond verbal or hurts her self from all the anxiety and depression this mothers lifestyle is causing. And, if maybe there's a way for my father and her father to share custody because although her father doesn't want much to do with her i firmly believe that at the very least she needs on parent in her stable life. My other question is.. what is she doesn't or he doesn't agree.. Then what. Will she have to sit idle and watch her mental health and grades in school drop drastically for the next year and half!?!? I also read other peoples comments and answers and read that IF she were to get an emancipation she'd have to be 100 percent self sufficient.. Would this apply if she had a stable home with two working adults and myself which also works full time? BTW this is in Harford County, Maryland. Please email me as soon as possible with a good solution. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX thanks
