    Default Using lyrics and guitar riffs

    i'm writting a song for my band , but the guitar sharses similar guitar riffs to anougher song and the opening line i have found in another song. can i use this song still?

    It depends upon the degree of similarity, and whether or not the song you wish to resemble is still under copyright.
