Default Re: DUI in California with BAC of .04

So heres the update. Got offered the wet and reckless, decided to keep fighting on. The DA decided that they are going to stick with this. My lawyer finally recieved the police report, and its full of it. I understand that the cop is going to make me sound like I was intoxicated but geez, down right lying is a different story. Theres no way for me to prove it though because of course theres no tape and its my word against his. The police report did contain some errrors though. He states that he was drawn to the sound of a gray dodge 2 cars ahead of him excellerating sharply, I drive a black doge for one, all black. Then he states that he was drawn to me getting off a different exit that I actually entered the highway on, whats that all about?? He mentions that he walked up to the vehicle and could smell the strong scent of alcohol but nowhere in the report does he mention the passenger, knocked out asleep because he was so drunk. He also says that I was doing well over 100 mph when they turned on their lights then I slowed to 90. At no point was I radared or paced. Besides all of that he wrote the report almost 2 hours after I was arrested. Then the DA looks at me crazy when I say I wanna fight it. Are they serious??
