Shoplifting in Washington

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Washington

I was recently caught shoplifting at a costco in WA state, I tool=k merchandise totaling $20 and was caught when leaving the store, signed a trespassing paper and was let go. Told I woul dreceive a court case letter in the mail-5 weeks later received the document yesterday with a court case of December 5th for arraignment. This is a 1st time offense and I am ovbiusly humiliated and guilty. I just want o get this behind me. My plan is t just go to court on Dec 5th and plead guilty and be fined/punished. I do not want to prolong the situation as I am terribly embarresed. I was recently laid off and depressed so I guess I basically got in such a fubk-no excuse though. Anyways, any suggestions if this is the best way to deal with the situation or do you guys suggest something else. What do you think my punisment/fines will be? Thanks so much
