Default Case Law in Florida for "Rotating Custody"

My question involves divorce in the State of: Florida

At the moment, I am seeking a few previous case laws within Florida primarily for "Rotating Custody". My ex agreed to this but was informed by a outside party that it did no exist.

With the State Statute 61.121 in hand, I wish to back it up with any case law on a notarized document. If you can provide me with this information so I can file it would be much appreciated.

My Mother would like Gran Parents Rights as well if there is a Florida State Statute backed by Case Law that you can advise I would sincerely appreciate all the help I can get.

I don't know of any case law right off hand, but you could try finding an on-line site that you can research. Most of the sites I've found are pay sites. When I needed to research case law I went to our local courthouse law library and researched the old fashioned way, by reading through The Southern reporter. Our law library also has a computer with a special program that allowed for free research. Hopefully, your local law library will have the same thing.

Although FL does have Grandparents rights statutes, they have been overturned by the state Supreme Court many times.

    Thank You Xena,

More than likely it looks like I will spend time in the law library tomorrow morning if I can not find anything relevant to case law on the said matter. I do appreciate the time and appreciate your response. Have a wonderful day.
    ( Fits me well I think > )
