My question involves a careless driving ticket from the State of: Florida

A couple of Months ago I had a fender bender @ about 9:00 am driving Eastbound on a street the sun was blinding and I moved my head down to let the rear view mirror block the sun (I Drive a limo… no passenger’s thank god) I rear ended this old man, my speed was under 10-13 miles per hour.

The old man insisted on calling the sheriff no damage to his car except from him backing into his garage wall, my limo front plate was damaged underneath cracking the bumper.

The sheriff wrote me a careless driving citation even though I ask him to check my MVR no accidents in over 25 years (my age 45)

I signed up to take the safety course to WIPEOUT the careless citation but I was not able to (my Mother had passed away unexpectedly and I got tied up in her affairs in NYC)
When I came back to Florida I was told from the court clerk that it was to late to take the course so I paid the fine and went on my way.

I just started a new career with a car dealer being a sales associate they checked my MVR and told me there insurance will not allow me to drive any vehicle not even a golf cart!
But I can still have the job.

I need this job
MY QUESTION IS CAN I HAVE THIS REVERSED SOMEHOW??

Can I write a letter to Tallahassee?
Can I take a safety course?
What can I do now?
Selling cars but I can’t test drive with a prospect

Any suggestion would be appreciated
Thank You

Sorry this was a long story
