    Default Can I Move Out

    My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Wisconsin

    Hello. i was just wondering i am 17 years old going to be 18 in january which is only two months away is it ok for me to move out and into my own house?

    If you have your parents permission, yes.

    If you do not have your parents permission, no.

    The law says you are considered an emancipated adult when you are 18. Not two months away from 18.
