Paul,
GEEEZE....Judging by your writing, you've had just a bit too much coffee! CHILL OUT. Anyways, this sweet girl needs advice on how to keep a good record. HELLO? She's a college student!
Just to get this out of the way, there was ONE word that wasn't spelled right, and that was only because I type fast, not because I don't know how to spell. Check your own English. I wasn't a secretary either. I was actually a teacher, so sorry, don't HATE. APPRECIATE! I was only trying to help, because I have been volunteering in the court room, and I see these things happen everyday.
Oh, and from every felony case I've seen, there needs to be an indictment by the Grand Jury after the DA files charges. I never said she couldn't be charged with the extra clothes. I said if the cop is a jerk, that he would charge her, BUT I wrote that charging is different than a conviction, and that you would not get CONVICTED of the crime with no proof. Oh, and don't you love "DENY EVERYTHING -DEMAND PROOF?" Thought you would. maybe after you calm down you can re-read what I wrote and maybe with an open mind, you may learn something Sweetie. Just trying to help. Why don't you also try and help with some good advice? Maybe you could start off by letting her know how to get this expunged off her record once this is all over, and let her know that the chance of her going to jail is next to none, but basically the idea here is to keep a clean record. So, "settle down and eat your pancakes."
