Emancipation or Something Like It

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of:

I'm sixteen, this upcoming monday i turn 17. My dad is an alcaholic he had been moving in and out well he promised hed stop and he didnt. my mom is depressed shes suppose to be taking her meds idk if she is. any way my household is stressful. I live with my mom dad and sister and her boyfriend and her 6 month old. Its very stressful people cant really talk to anyone about anything.
last year things were happening in the family so i moved in with my aunt well she didnt want me there because i had not come home on time so i went to live with my friend kylie. her parents took me in for about 6 months doing well in school and everything. i was making it to school on time i never got in trouble.
i moved back in with my parents and sister and her baby then the boyfriend moved in so now we live in this new house my dad still drinks and he is just a complete asshole when hes drunk he doesnt hit me but he and my mother just scare me together when i get in trouble or anything.

this past month i had stolen uhh.. this is really embarassing lol candy from walmart and got caught they didnt do anything about it my friends mom came in still the same friend kylie and her mom didnt do anything. my parents come in and start yelling at me i know i did wrong but it just goes on and on this is physical abuse just verbal and i mean you dont have to touch a person to hurt them they told me to take my piercings out and i wasnt aloud to see my best friend kylie for awhile kylie is one of my best friends and pretty much my only good friend she gets me so i was pretty upset. well i was "grounded" or whatever so i took it in sucked it up they gradually started letting me see my friends.
they got mad at me because i was going to go down the street to get something from the store and they didnt let me go.
once again i understand what i did wrong. but i mean come on.

so two weeks went by and i asked my mom to stay the night at kylies and she just got furious with me i was just trying to calmly ask her why i couldnt go anywhere i took my punishment and shes like ****ing no and lalala so i just went upstairs well the night after she said that her and my father were leaving to babysit until 12:30 so i was going to run up to sallys salon while they were gone. i was going to go with kylie so she could get hair extentions and we did so then our friend ryan and chris call us to hang out and we went there. they called while we were gone and i was in trouble well i was really scared because im just scared of my mom and dad when they yell and get in my face because they just like mind **** me to where i dont know what to say because they scare me then they yell becase i dont say anything. so i just went to stay with kylie they called that night and yelled at me i called my dad a drunk and i stayed at kylies.


i made it to school fine the next day and i came back to kylies because im not really sure what would happen if i went home. well my mom called she yelled at me then my dad yelled at me so i didnt want to go home. scared once again crying this time so i didnt and then they called the police so i had to go home and this time they did the same thing im not aloud to see my friend until i turn eighteen and im not aloud to see my boyfriend or go anywhere and i just dont know how you expect someone to physically stay cooped up in a house for a year. =/ idk this has been going on and off since i was about 15 and it just really sucks i need help i dont know if i can get emancipated for living with a drunk thats been ruining my life or living in a stressful house with 6 people living in it im just really stressing out and its depressing me because i dont know what to do kylies parents said they were more than happy to take me in but my parents wont let me leave its like they just want to keep me here for there own entertainment



So could someone help me if i could get emancipated.

If you want to be taken seriously watch the language!! No you cant be adopted by a friend. Your answer is still the same learn to get along (part of growing up) an dit abused contact CPS their National Abuse Hotline is 1-800-4A-CHILD

You couldn't be adopted by another family without a court stripping your parents' rights from them and nothing you have posted suggests there is even a remote chance of that happening.

If your parents give you permission to live elsewhere you may. If they do not you may not. It's as simple as that.
