    Default Caught With Drugs - Can I Still Get My Driver's License

    I have a bench warrant in michigan for F.A.C. on a possession of marijuana charge(Marijuana wasnt even on me nor was I driving). I also have another warrant in MI for unpaid driving related fines, but its not an FAC, just pay the fines and warrant is lifted. I'm living in Arizona right now and was unable to get my driver's license because of my issues in michigan. So my question is...If I pay off my driving related fines can I still get my license even though Poss of Marijuana is still unresolved?

    Probably not, if your license in Michigan was suspended as a result of the possession charge.
