Default Alienation of Affection in North Carolina

My husband of 17 years admitted that a woman he was working for was obsessed with him and continually called his cell phone after work was completed. I have the cell phone records and they are 50 cell calls in a 2 month period. He told me intimate things they discussed which I feel are inappropriate(like our sleeping arrangements). She also offered to set up my husband in a new business with her being the secretary. Are these even close to enough to claim aleination of affection if we seperate? Thanks, Parrish

    Default Alienation of Affection

Alienation of affection means that the woman's conduct causes your husband's affection for you to diminish. Nothing you have said suggests that her conduct is having any effect on your marital relationship.
