My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: Pa.
back at the middle of June I filed online for UC in Pa. after agreeing to be laid off by my employer. After recieving my first payment's I was told I was being denied, since my employer said I had requested a leave of absence.
I went and discussed this with my boss who said that the paperwork to be filed did not have any proper criteria to explain my termination, however he would refile some form's. Since this was past the time limit for an appeal I have no idea if it was done or not.
I said to my boss that if leave of absence was the reson he gave for my leaving then I would like my job back. However, they have since replaced the TWO employee's that replaced me with yet another, former, part timer.
I don't know the system and who to contact to try and rectify this mess, but my life saving's(meager,at best) are dwindling rapidly and becoming homeless in a very few month's doesn't have great appeal.
Anyone who can give me some advice is greatly appreciated!
THANK YOU
