Default Do Credit Reporting Agencies Need to Remove Negative Items After Trial

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: IL

For example, I won a case against a collection agency. They could not verify the debt and lost in court. Do to Credit Bureau's (experian, transunion, equifax) need to remove that negative item after the collection agency loses?

Not if it's accurate information. If it's inaccurate, dispute the entry.

They are required to verify the debt under the FCRA but they did not. Then in court they had no evidence either so they lost. So keeping that in mind they should remove it from the report right?

If the information on the credit report is accurate, they can keep it on your credit report. If it's not accurate, dispute the entry.

Dispute the entry. If they cannot prove it is correct, they cannot legally continue to report the entry. Doing so is a violation of the FCRA and is actionable. The law here even allows punitive damages.
