I Want To Move Out

My name is Victoria, I am sixteen and currently inlisted in an alternative schooling program, White Salmon Academy where i will be finishing school within the next year. I live alone with my mom and would like to move out NOW. I recently called the juvenile court in Goldendale and the secretary there said that i would have to prove to the judge that i have a job and can pay my own rent, the thing is, i'm waiting to become part of a program here that will get me involved in volunteer work/college that will eventually get me in the career that i'm interested in as an in-home service aid/ nurse. i have found a home in Trout Lake Washington where i would take the extra room and instead of paying rent right away, i would do house/ farm work. Is it possible for me to present this to the judge and still become emancipated?

Doubtful in the extreme.

Before you could be emancipated, the judge would need to see clear and compelling evidence that if you were to wash out of the program, the program were to be eliminated for lack of funding, or if for some other reason you and the program were to part company, you would still have the ability to completely support yourself.
